Hi, ask ko lang po sana kung saan makikita history ng payment sa mobile app. Salamat po sir!
In the mobile app, you may not be able to see the payment history. Try logging http://www.sunlife.com.ph on a web browser. Best to view it on a wide screen.
If you pay your insurance today through paymaya, when will it be posted on the account?
Hi Maryann, usually 1-3 business days to reflect.
How can I pay via paymaya? It say error account number ?/
Hi Marie, make sure you choose Sun Life Canada or sometimes Sun Life of Canada. It’s different from Sun Life Financial or Sun Life Plans.
Hi! I cannot find the Pay Now option in the mobile app or even as I log in Sunlink via website. Where is it found?
Updated: Hi Kim, “Pay Now” option only appears 25 days before and up to 30 days after your due date. In case it is still not appearing, best to seek the help of your Sun Life Advisor. Your Sun Life Advisor can make a request to have it enabled for you.
