Register and monitor your Sun Life VUL / Traditional Policies and Mutual Fund Accounts in Sun Link Online to be able to do the following
- View your account record anytime, anywhere
- Receive your premium notices online
- Pay your premium dues on your PESO policies online using VISA or MASTERCARD credit card (for TRAD policies only), or by accessing any of the online banking facilities of our affiliated banks
How to Register

- Visit Sun Life’s website at : www.sunlife.com.ph On the lower right portion, click Register!

- Once clicked, it will open the a new page – Registration Page. Fill it up with your Email Address, Account Number (if Mutual Funds), Policy Number (if Insurance) or Plan # (if Pre-Need Plan), First Name and Last Name and your Date of Birth and click Register.

- Wait for the initial password which will be sent to your email address to activate your registration. Once you have your password, repeat the process by entering your username and password.

Hi Jon Carlo, sorry for that experience. Normally, “Invalid Information” error simply means that there are info that mismatched with your info online. Best to ask help from your Sun Life Advisor or you can simply call our hotline (02) 849 98 88.
I could have easily helped you if your my client. However, due to Data Privacy Act, I’m not authorize to view or check your records.
Would you be so kind enough also sir in giving us screen shots guide on how to add a mutual fund to our existing SunLink account? I’ve been trying to do this for like forver but I can’t seem to find the add button as per instructions from sunlife’s user guide.
